Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, purchased the wrong item by mistake, or the file is corrupted or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@verdanly.com with your order number and we'll make it right — either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund.
Email info@verdanly.com with your order number (from your Stripe confirmation email) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
We're unable to offer refunds simply for change of mind after a file has been successfully downloaded and used.
